Thanks for providing a class that is a little different than ones offered in the past. This was valuable information given how floods and natural disasters are on the rise.
The course was clear and easy to follow, and the examples were helpful. The pace felt a bit fast toward the end, and more hands-on practice would have been nice. Overall, I was satisfied with the course.
In particular, the Find Potential Strategy section was useful. Practical tips and real-world examples as a new real estate agent were very helpful. I hope there will be more on how to effectively utilize the CRM system and manage the lead. Because I think these skills are essential to long-term success
I started with a different company which had outdated information and a complicated formate to navigate. I decided to go with WEBCE and the difference is huge. The format is easy to follow and the lesson plan is current with 2024 changes. I only wish I had started with WEBCE then I would be finished by now.

As far as rating the course for self-paced study. The information has been great. Using the voice to listen to the course, at normal pace put me way over on time. With the help of family interruptions. It might be important to speed the voice up to no go over quite so much.

Although this was a more refined course. Others have been brutal and content saturated and can be lessened. Repetitive. I feel horrible for anyone taking notes to study, as myself on this course.
There was one example that I believe was incorrect. It stated when you have a flood policy of $150,000 but the loss is $200,000. You would get the $200,000.

Did not like the AI/robo voice and odd text.
As this is a NY course I would like to see content on this subject that pertains to rules/laws etc in that state. General knowledge is good but this is a NY course so you need to include specifics related to that state.

Some of the graphics were displayed too small to read. I had to open those images in a new browser tab to see them. They didn't need to be constrained to such a small space to fit on their pages.
This course was not designed specific to the state of South Carolina. Many of the illustrations were too small to read.
