The volume has to be adjusted when you change readers of the subject matter. Specifically, on long 3-4 hour courses, listening to your course the volume is adjusted at my end. Then you change readers mid course and the volume is too high and has to be adjusted. The problem with that is many times the course is taken not to annoy others in the room and the adjustment startles everyone in proximity.
This is the 8th course I have taken with WebCE they are every good I highly recommend them

There are two mistakes. The state Montana does NOT allow real estate agents to disclose the terms of the deal to other buyers in a multiple offer situation. The course said it is legal. Also the course voice kept saying leed instead of lead concerning lead based paint.

The course went into different types of dementia, assisted living, nursing homes, etc , which is not what I expected. I would’ve thought the course would focus more on power of attorneys and what to do if you find a client unable to sell a house because of cognitive issues. This course could’ve been shorter if it eliminated the dementia section.

The only thing that I did not like about the course were the TRUE and FALSE questions in section 4. They are vague. Of course you can set different rental criteria for renters. As long as its all the same for the same house. AND of course you don't have to rent or sell to people. You own the home! It's your choice.

Some of the legal language was confusing, so some explanatory information following the Articles that help break it down would have been good. It required re-reading them many times. In an in-person class, there would have been more description and discussion. I liked the examples and mini quizzes, and there could have been more.

In the reverse mortgage section .. the figures in the example are wrong .. closing costs will always be far more that 3K generally in the realm of 8-11k also the % on the equity available is determined by the age of the client and the interest rates available currently. the avail amount you are using is way off at this time.

Repeating the updated dates of implementation at the end of a comment is distracting. I believe if a person needed the information they would pause and write it down.
I found the course to be comprehensive and well-organized, particularly appreciating the detailed coverage of floodplain designations and insurance options. The breakdown of flood risk zones and the explanations of NFIP vs. private flood insurance were particularly useful and relevant.
I found this course to be highly informative and relevant to working with senior clients in real estate. The detailed coverage of the Fair Housing Act and the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA) was particularly valuable, as it clarified the legal aspects of age discrimination and exceptions for senior communities.
