There are two mistakes. The state Montana does NOT allow real estate agents to disclose the terms of the deal to other buyers in a multiple offer situation. The course said it is legal. Also the course voice kept saying leed instead of lead concerning lead based paint.

The course went into different types of dementia, assisted living, nursing homes, etc , which is not what I expected. I would’ve thought the course would focus more on power of attorneys and what to do if you find a client unable to sell a house because of cognitive issues. The only thing that I did not like about the course were the TRUE and FALSE questions in section 4. They are vague. Of course you can set different rental criteria for renters. As long as its all the same for the same house. AND of course you don't have to rent or sell to people. You own the home! It's your choice.

Some of the legal language was confusing, so some explanatory information following the Articles that help break it down would have been good. It required re-reading them many times. In an in-person class, there would have been more description and discussion. I liked the examples and mini quizzes, and there could have been more.
WEBCE has been my choice of obtaining Real Estate CEC as a Broker for several years. They are excellent, ease of use and great backup info...

While I enjoyed this course, I was very surprised and disappointed, as a Baby Boomer, with this Key Point under the Baby Boomer section: The youngest segment of the senior demographic is known as the baby boomers and includes those born between 1946 and 1964. While many baby boomers have retired and are continuing to enter retirement in unprecedented numbers, this segment of the population typically does not think of themselves as old. Baby boomers have experienced a lot of change in their lifetimes. They are part of the generation that protested the Vietnam War, attended Woodstock, experienced the free love movement, and had less social restraints than previous generations. Today this generation is redefining what it means to retire. The Civil Rights Movement was a noticeable omission, which made reading that baby boomers experienced Woodstock and the free love movement somewhat offensive, especially considering that almost every other course that I took was written with cultural sensitivity. Simply adding the Civil Rights Movement to that one sentence would improve the relevance of the entire Key Point.
I will only use WEBCE for all my CE courses!

In the reverse mortgage section .. the figures in the example are wrong .. closing costs will always be far more that 3K generally in the realm of 8-11k also the % on the equity available is determined by the age of the client and the interest rates available currently. the avail amount you are using is way off at this time.

Repeating the updated dates of implementation at the end of a comment is distracting. I believe if a person needed the information they would pause and write it down.

Some confusion regarding Articles and SOP in regard to new circumstances as result of the NAR lawsuit settlement. Might be helpful to flag information that may require additional explanation or may possible revisions and edits regarding new mandatory practices and procedures.

As I signed up for a Texas CE package, it would've been better from my perspective to not spend effort trying to learn about things prohibited in my state. Further, I am taking the coursework as Continuing Education for my state license, so being told to check elsewhere to see what the rules in my state are is a little annoying. That's part of what I paid y'all for.
I love that i can do this at my own leisure.

This course was very informative and made me aware of the elder care resources of which I did not realize the extent to. Medicaid was briefly mentioned, but I would have liked to learn a little more about this and how it relates to Real Estate.

This course suggests things that I would never personally get involved with. I am not a doctor and therefore would not be comfortable assessing anyone or suggesting someone may not be competent. Further, the amount of work you are suggesting is ridiculous. It would be a full time job just to find and visit attorneys, financial people, etc. to refer clients to.

Only negative I can see is this course is generic and not tailored to state-specific laws. It can be confusing regarding examples of contract items not in my state's contracts, for example. Another is the return of earnest money when a contract is lawfully terminated. SC law does not account for automatic return of this money; we have to use another form where all parties agree to return the money.
I am not certain about the estimated hours that I am supposed to finish. The accuracy of it? But, so far...so good!

There was a section that talked about being encouraged to bring a complaint against a realtor. I never have, I know I can, but my answer was wrong because I said I hadn't been encouraged to bring a complaint. That was weird. There was another section that seemed wrong too, but I can't remember specifically which it was....

When I was done it took me to this page with no instructions on what I was suppose to do. Not sure if this is correct even know. In the email material it was not clear if I could work at my own pace and stop if needed or it had to be done in one sitting. Other than that pretty easy to use.

I consider myself to be proficient in the design of the pace. I have found that your lessons exceed 3 hrs more often than not. I believe there is some repetition in the lesson that slows the pace. If I were to take a similar class in a classroom environment, it would not exceed 3 hrs. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience.

Florida law uses the terms "customer" and "client" differently. In Florida, buyers and sellers are the "client" of the brokerage, and the "customer" of the agent. This is somewhat conflicting with the information in this class.
