Typo in last set of questions caused a little bit of confusion.
There are two mistakes. The state Montana does NOT allow real estate agents to disclose the terms of the deal to other buyers in a multiple offer situation. The course said it is legal. Also the course voice kept saying leed instead of lead concerning lead based paint.

The AI "instructor" mispronounces dozens of common words in this course. Does any human on your staff actually take theses courses to ensure the correct pornunciation is applied? Lead (paint) pronounced as lead(ership), or resent (resent the email) as resent (I resent that comment). There are scores of others...

The course was informative and covered a lot of useful material. I especially appreciated the depth, but there was a bit too much focus on property management careers. More content on residential landlord best practices and investor-tenant relations would be more relevant for most, in my opinion. The format could be improved with videos or interactive elements to break up the text-heavy, audio-style delivery. It also took longer than the estimated four hours for me, and one early hyperlink didn’t work, but overall, a solid course!

I liked how the courses are set up. It gave me time to really focus on the content of information and taking the quiz afterward that I was able to understand the information instead of being worried about failing an examine.

In NY state, agents do not handle earnest money, nor are the allowed to handle wires. If this course is tailored to NY state, those chapters should be eliminated or shortened.

Some graphic materials do not scale properly on a smartphone screen
This was interesting. I did not know how many "smart" avenues there were. Have to disagree on a couple of things mentioned. In the first part it stated that homes that are "smart" can double in price. I don't agree. Also, I don't agree that having "smart" technology makes a person's 'status' go up. Not in agreement. But thanks for this lesson!

In certain subjects, it states that "according to your state".......... In these cases could they not include a list of what each state requires so that you gain the applicable information during training. Such a required insurance.
I like that you can pause and come back
Adequate pace of narration to understand the material being presented.
Too general re; state specific policies, practices and legislation. Content is not state specific therefore only highlights areas where more research and study is required.
The course covered many topics and clearly stated. I learned about different cases that i would have not known about. I called in at least 3 times for assistance and each one person I spoke with was so very helpful and patient. Thank you for your patience and assistance. So happy this test is finally over!

Curriculum covering common pitfalls in the industry was appreciated and helpful.
There were several components of this course that do not appear to be relevant to agents in Texas. As I signed up for a Texas CE package, it would've been better from my perspective to not spend effort trying to learn about things prohibited in my state. Further, I am taking the coursework as Continuing Education for my state license, so being told to check elsewhere to see what the rules in my state are is a little annoying. That's part of what I paid y'all for.
The current laws that apply to smart technology
It is disappointing that I paid for a Florida licensee CE course and the information in the course was general in nature and stated within the course that it would not be practical to provide details of the individual state laws. That's exactly what I would expect from a good CE course. The course simply instructed me to learn about laws in my own state. This should be corrected and the relevant state laws and regulations should be included in the course.

The Fair Housing protected classes did not include sexual orientation and gender identity that were included in the Business Ethics course I took from WCB a few days ago

I have used WebCE repeatedly for continuing education.
The last question in Chapter 8: When seeking Legal Attorney- I thinks the title problem could be handled by the Title company and the environment problem could be handled by a Land Engineer company.
The required amount of time is way way way too much for the reading material. I know it is dictated by TREC but good God my 3rd grader could read the material in less than an hour.
It was helpful to have each item that could possibly be a smart device.
The pointers for agents for their sellers and buyers was beneficial.

Although smart homes are not common in our rural area, I feel better equipped for even simple security systems after taking this course.
Some of the information became pretty redundant. I read everything, didn't miss any practice questions, and still finished long before the required time in course.

how much the technology is changing
The content is so basic and repetitive of other courses. Many of us could simply take the exam without looking at the course content and answer every question correctly. I scanned the content in about 40 minutes and then tried to find a way to pass the time before I could take the exam. I'm sure that's true for many others.
Wish it was more Florida specific. Some of the content was more national.
Only negative I can see is this course is generic and not tailored to state-specific laws. It can be confusing regarding examples of contract items not in my state's contracts, for example. Another is the return of earnest money when a contract is lawfully terminated. SC law does not account for automatic return of this money; we have to use another form where all parties agree to return the money.

Invaluable information one rarely hears discussed by realtors. I was recently shopping for a residence for myself and neither agent ever mentioned this. More realtors need to be trained in this as smart homes become more prevalent.
I am also a licensed insurance agent would love to get my 24 hours of CE through this source. Was great information and the questions were direct and based on the material .

More information on legalities of undisclosed recording of audio and video. The appendix was not clear enough and mostly just refers to audio. I have video in our office and have to post a notification to the public that they are being recorded. What about the same when showing a listing?
