Cyber attacks are a menace and can cause immense damages in monetary as well as safety in protecting our industry. As the Cyber Insurance policies evolve, we still are a step behind the hackers which is a sad reality we must acknowledge in our industry.

The 50 states laws were a bit redundant. It might have been better to take the state we are licensed in and elaborate. I didn’t understand some of it.
this course was so time consuming and the information was fine and good...but forcing us to sit and tap the "continue" button all day is controlling and torturous... we KNOW the material- let us take the test and prove it.
I dont think I would like to do real estate ce courses at web ce anymore. It is too time constraining and the content was stuff I pretty much knew already... so I didnt need to have to study each part. I felt that I could have passed all the exams on the first day i got the study materials...

It is not clear what authority the MLS has. Yes, understand authority of the State licensing division, and of the local "Board, and, for those who choose to join, the NAR. But this is the first that I have heard of the MLS having authority.
Typo in question 3 of quiz for Lesson 14. There were a couple other typos in quiz questions but I didn?t write them down. Supplied answers for quiz questions are often really ridiculous.
The course was clear and easy to follow, and the examples were helpful. The pace felt a bit fast toward the end, and more hands-on practice would have been nice. Overall, I was satisfied with the course.
In particular, the Find Potential Strategy section was useful. Practical tips and real-world examples as a new real estate agent were very helpful. I hope there will be more on how to effectively utilize the CRM system and manage the lead. Because I think these skills are essential to long-term success
I started with a different company which had outdated information and a complicated formate to navigate. I decided to go with WEBCE and the difference is huge. The format is easy to follow and the lesson plan is current with 2024 changes. I only wish I had started with WEBCE then I would be finished by now.

Very interesting and useful technical material. My only suggestion is that this should be a 4-hour course instead of a 3-hour course. For someone not familiar with the topic (and maybe for some who are), there's a lot of content to absorb in two hours and 30 minutes.

I followed the instructions for taking the timed test. I believe the instructor stated that I will have 2 opportunities to take the test. If I fail both tests then I have to go back to the initial study routine. I hit the button to start my test and something in my home required my immediate attention- I simply shut down the computer. Several hours later I reentered the site for taking the test and there was a notice that I had failed the first test and would now be taking the second test. Not accurate. Fortunately, I passed the test with 100% success.

Statement about firewalls protecting from internal threats is incorrect. Firewalls can be designed/configured to lessen and/or prevent Bad Things from "escaping FROM" a system as well as entering. The term is "egress filtering".

My concerns are the lengthy questions and the short time it takes agents to answer them, as ESL is hard to read and respond fast. The questions should be shorter so they can be read fast and answered in timed exams.
I felt the course was far more in content and time to complete than other 4 credit courses. This course should be rated at 6 credit hours or have its content scaled back by a third.
