Why was I forced to click through all the recording statutes according to all 50 states. What a waste of time.
As part of the CE for PA, a lot of this section is repetitive.
Felt much of this chapter was redundant...already covered in previous sections. Also some details did not seem accurate to my previous knowledge of the real estate transfer process. (I have been a realtor for 22 years)...
Very informative course about cybersecurity I would highly recommend to any realtor.

I noticed one grammatical error near the end when talking about E&O insurance. It states "*E&O) policies" when it should be "(E&O) policies, not asterisk.
Make the buttons bigger on the website to select answers.
Courses were very thorough. Easy to understand great information for even new agents.
This is a great course with lots of practical information. The state by state law review at the end was tedious and seemed like a time filler.
I did not like the statues for every state being presented. I just needed to know about Missouri. The rest just seems like a time filler. Also, AI reads some numbers as dates and as a range of numbers.

The reader's pace is a little too rapid sounding like a run-on monologue. Just a slight pause between subject matter or introduction of new topic within the study chapter would mitigate this occurrence,

The last section which included each specific state's law about recording? Ridiculous. I would never, ever need to know that information. Florida's, of course. But the other states? Again, not relevant.
I don’t know that it was necessary to list all of the recording laws for every single state. That seemed a bit tedious and unnecessary.
A few typos in the lesson
I didn't like that it cut off after 8 hours. I had set my weekend for completing all 30 hours and didn't know when purchasing this was not going to be possible. Other companies I have been able to binge and complete. This schedule makes it difficult with my schedule to do.
The surveys should be optional.
I would suggest a closer proof reading of some of the questions and answers along with the examples. Quite a few typos in this section.
The information is presented in an easy to read and understand format. The interactive videos/questions helped to keep me engaged and interested.

The 50 states laws were a bit redundant. It might have been better to take the state we are licensed in and elaborate. I didn’t understand some of it.
this course was so time consuming and the information was fine and good...but forcing us to sit and tap the "continue" button all day is controlling and torturous... we KNOW the material- let us take the test and prove it.
I dont think I would like to do real estate ce courses at web ce anymore. It is too time constraining and the content was stuff I pretty much knew already... so I didnt need to have to study each part. I felt that I could have passed all the exams on the first day i got the study materials...

Course content, quizzes, knowledge check, self-paced features, manuvarability around the course are all excellent features. This made satisfying continuing education requirements an easy, enjoyable, and educational process. Please don't change anything about the courses. Will return to this again in the future.

The 4 CE course seem much longer and had longer practice questions (10-16 questions)
when resuming I couldnt start up in the exact place i left off. which led to rereading alot of pages

The course was excellent. Everything in the course actually applied to being a real estate agent. No Fluff. Also the delivery is excellent. I have ADHD. So listing at a higher speed and reading at the same time was a huge bonus for retention of passing the chapter exams and hopefully the final exam. I am taking the next 3 hour course from WebCE. i was able to use the auto-read, what I did not like is that it did not automatically turn to the next page. I liked the option to mute the auto-read or use it as I read simultaneously.

It is not clear what authority the MLS has. Yes, understand authority of the State licensing division, and of the local "Board, and, for those who choose to join, the NAR. But this is the first that I have heard of the MLS having authority.
Typo in question 3 of quiz for Lesson 14. There were a couple other typos in quiz questions but I didn?t write them down. Supplied answers for quiz questions are often really ridiculous.
The course was clear and easy to follow, and the examples were helpful. The pace felt a bit fast toward the end, and more hands-on practice would have been nice. Overall, I was satisfied with the course.
In particular, the Find Potential Strategy section was useful. Practical tips and real-world examples as a new real estate agent were very helpful. I hope there will be more on how to effectively utilize the CRM system and manage the lead. Because I think these skills are essential to long-term success
I started with a different company which had outdated information and a complicated formate to navigate. I decided to go with WEBCE and the difference is huge. The format is easy to follow and the lesson plan is current with 2024 changes. I only wish I had started with WEBCE then I would be finished by now.
I feel like you could read through more slides at a time rather than just having 30 second intervals and then have to continue. Not that I minded to listen to it just having to continually hit the continue button after 27 and 40 seconds of talk time

As far as rating the course for self-paced study. The information has been great. Using the voice to listen to the course, at normal pace put me way over on time. With the help of family interruptions. It might be important to speed the voice up to no go over quite so much.
The course contained some inaccuracies, grammatical errors and typos.
The questions for the quizzes were way too long and deterred from learning the content. It was, by far, the worst course I've taken through WebCE. Other courses were much more efficient and straight to the point with 2-3 questions on the quizzes over the material.
Like: Recommend a .pdf copy for each course should be provided. It is very important to have a copy of the course materials as references for future used. Dislike: No .pdf provided.

Why do I need to spend set amount of rime before taking the test?
Was surprised and frustrated that a minimum number of hours reading the course content was required before being able to take the final exam. Even requiring reading for 7+ hours for a 9hr CE credit. If a person knows the material he knows it. Forcing the student to do something in order to take the final is reddiculous .
Like- self pace.
I followed the instructions for taking the timed test. I believe the instructor stated that I will have 2 opportunities to take the test. If I fail both tests then I have to go back to the initial study routine. I hit the button to start my test and something in my home required my immediate attention- I simply shut down the computer. Several hours later I reentered the site for taking the test and there was a notice that I had failed the first test and would now be taking the second test. Not accurate. Fortunately, I passed the test with 100% success.

I noticed several "typo's" in the course. Chapter 5 Exam question 10 answer "d" has 2 typo's. Chapter 12 questions 6 "d" and 7 "d" both have typo's.

Typographical errors found on chapter quizzes.
My concerns are the lengthy questions and the short time it takes agents to answer them, as ESL is hard to read and respond fast. The questions should be shorter so they can be read fast and answered in timed exams.
I felt the course was far more in content and time to complete than other 4 credit courses. This course should be rated at 6 credit hours or have its content scaled back by a third.

I like the course because it is effortless to understand, the dislike is less timing for the final exam.
Multiple units in the class are not related to the main topic such as a class fully about types of loans which I see it as more financing issue not listing/ marketing/ valuating. It could have been reasonable if you just pass by it shortly but not in a deep detail in this course.
The course value would be enhanced if there was a downloadable pdf of the course material.
I believe that some content is incorrect. for example, you only need one seller's signature to take the listing but all sellers signatures to sell the listed property.
