Great class, very easy to understand
On the test with the 2026 Annual Tax Season Update, I found question 42 confusing: • 42. Carol wants to participate in the voluntary Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) for preparing 2025 individual 1040 tax returns. By what latest date must she complete any required continuing education? (Search Chapter 7) o a. December 31, 2025 o b. January 31, 2025 o c. February 15, 2025 o d. April 15, 2025 Shouldn't the CE be completed by December 2024 if you were doing taxes in 2025?
Courses with actual videos of lecturers would be more engaging
everithing was ecellent
Well documented and presented but worth more than 1 hour credit!
The background and examples of 1031 exchanges was excellent.
Clear and effective learning materials
ease of use
Excellent Course!
This was a good course as an overview of different business entities.
SOME OF THIS TOPIC CAN BE HARD TO WRAP MY HEAD AROUND DUE TO SO MANY SUBCATEGORIES OF INFORMATION. SCORED PERFECTLY ON THE QUIZ, SO MY ASSUMPTION IS THAT YOU TAUGHT IT PERFECTLY. I'LL STILL NEED A MENTOR FOR SOME OF IT, BUT I THINK YOU'VE GIVEN ME THE CONFIDENCE AND THE TRAINING TO PURSUE IT. EXCELLENT JOB.
GOOD FOCUS. I WISH THERE WAS MORE OBBBA FORWARD-LOOKING MATERIAL IN THIS COURSE, HOWEVER, YOU OFFER ONEINDEPENDENTLY, AND THIS PARTICULAR COURSE WAS PREPARED TIMELY FOR 2025 RETURNS, OS I THINK YOU DID VERY WELL WITH WHAT YOU WERE GIVEN TO WORK WITH. EXCELLENT JOB, AND THANKS FOR THE ADDITIONAL COURSEWORK THAT BUILDS ON THIS!
WebCE always provides good knowledge of tax compliance and repercussions for tax preparers so they can better understand and serve their clients.
WebCE is GREAT!!!
gave very thorough examples on due diligence requirements
good class but would like to see more courses offered through out the year
difficult to find such a great resource!
VERY HELPFUL THE AUDIO WAS PERFECT SPEED
I find it awkward and time consuming to go back to content for re-reading while answering Practice Questions....I found the language in some places difficult to follow as to what is meant....for example, language as to converted residence to rental property basis is not clear as to the different basis to be used for depreciation vs gain/loss calculations
The complexity of the test was completely different than previous years, too many callculations and similiar answers that could have been correct
I've used this course for 14 years now and I absolutely love it. Thanks so much!
the various tax forms should be in glossary with comparative flow
Some of the questions and the reference Chapter noted on the question was not correct. For example questions relating to the Direct File were in Chapter 1 and not Chapter 7.
I really appreciate the "Read-it-to-me audio". Didn't know how much until I took the 2026 Annual Federal Tax Refresher course that did not have this feature. There are a few subjects that I would dearly love to see CE courses available for. If/when you provide CE for Truck drivers returns, NOLs, AMT, and certain (OR, CA, NM, NY, LA) individual state returns, I will be first in line to order them.
GREAT COURSE
Some of the annuity questions seemed too tricky!
I really enjoyed the case studies in this unit.
The content would have been more engaging as a presentation vs long blocks of text
All good.
I like the fact that you know what chapter you can refer to if you are not sure about an answer. overall great study material.
Especially this year, there were a great deal of changes to tax law. I feel you spent too much time explaining what the old law were before going into what the new law is. I already know what the old law is, so a simple rehash, perhaps under the heading "Current Law" would be sufficient
Thank you. I have used webce for several years and am always satisfied with the structure and the content.
pls update to make smooth transitions from your older original course with the currently added materials, to display in your course summaries
easy to operate the course
The material was far too long and repetitive. Could be condensed and made shorter to fit the time that is published.
I was told this course would cover all of the Big Beautiful Act. It sisn't
Issues with the technology for during the practice portion some of my answers I selected, were recorded under a different letter. For example, I would select A and instead it was recorded as C or D. Also, the questions on the exam should be worded better.
Adding an option to adjust the speed of the reader would be nice, but isn't necessary.
Excellent course content
Thanks for having this at reasonable prices!
Thanks was good to have options
Thank You
WHEN SEARCHING THE COURSE MATERIALS, PROVIDE A JUMP TO THE APPLICABLE SECTIONS
EXCELLENT INFORMATION.
Very helpful update for so many new tax rule changes
thank you
little pricy for individuals to keep their license active
I like the simple format and that nearly ALL of the course is also read to me while I read along. It helps keep me focused and on track.
Great course!
I liked the Scenario's for the topic.
I have been using WEB CE for a number of years. Course organization and content are excellent.
Thank you.
A good overview with relevant examples/case studies of unenrolled preparers' responsibilities.
I found the course to be straightforward and easy to follow. I appreciate that the questions were straightforward as well.
Question No. 38 on this 45 question exam is not answerable based on the review material presented.
I received an "access denied" message trying to print the course materials in a PDF File and had to use the secondary option of printing them to a browser window. Also, I believe the answer to Question 1 (Hyde Park Corporation) may be wrong. Because it was a corporation and the straight-line depreciation method was used, it was forced to account for 20% of the $30,000 depreciation ($6000) as ordinary income. . So of the $135K gain, it should have been a $6000 of ordinary income and $129,000 of sec. 1231 gain. ...I think.
Material did not seem to flow in order. It jumped from one thought to another thought and was hard to follow. However, overall good education.
The training was very informative, and it was very easy to navigate through and understand.
This year the course was a little harder to go through but was able to again learn more than from where I started. For this reason, I like this course.
lots of the questions were not current answers needed to be reinvestigated
Great Course!
The ethics course was worthwhile and the cost for obtaining my required CE credits was decent.
A little more explanation on some of the examples
understandable language and great examples
Enjoyed taking the course. It was very informative.
EXCELLENT MATERIALS OF STUDIES
technical content , but 5 questions on exam was perfect.
Excellent Course.
Make a clear and direct approach on explaining the rules and examples.
More detailed examples needed dealing with violations of solicitation for employment
I feel the time could be a little more.
This course required way more time than I got credit for.
Thanks for the update!
All course must be matched with the EA Exam wherein we will be benefited more than the course. Thanks for your excellent delivery.
I really like your courses and how they are presented and the use of back and forth to review the content. However, the narrator, which I am guessing to be an AI, has a problem with pronunciation of acronyms and some words. Maybe it is just me, but I find this very distracting and find myself going back to reread the previous paragraph often to make sure I understand what was meant . You might want to listen to the 1031 exchange portion of this course to get an idea of what I am talking about.
Rey nice
This course explained "boot" well. I found that to be a very confusing topic when I was originally studying for the EA exam (12 years ago.)
Very good
EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT
this should be worth more than just an hour of CE because it was definitely way more time consuming than one hour
This course was too long and cumbersome for the one credit provided.
I found this course complex but worth doing, especially how to calculate ordinary gain versus long term gain.
Way too long for 1 credit
This course was much more technical and difficult than other 2 unit courses.
This was a very good course. It educated me on the topics very well and I learned alot.
