Overview

Master agency duties, RESPA, fair housing & more! This course covers Agency relationships and duties in Minnesota, RESPA, marketing services agreements, the new loan estimate form, and Common Interest Ownership properties statutes. It also includes fair housing laws and first-time homeowner resources. This course meets Minnesota’s 3.75-hour core CE requirement and satisfies the 1-hour broker module, fair housing, and agency law requirements. Course can be taken to reinstate license.
