Overview
Real estate laws change frequently, so Florida licensees must stay updated on state and federal laws. This course reviews the Florida Real Estate Commission’s duties, agency relationships, fair housing law updates, and the National Flood Insurance Program. It meets the 3-hour Core Law requirement for Florida brokers and sales associates.
