Homeowners 2011 Policy: Understanding the Coverages

Overview

Most eligible residential dwellings are insured under some type of homeowners policy that combines property and liability insurance into a single policy. This course analyzes ISO's 2011 homeowners insurance policy forms. Explanations of key areas in which each of the six homeowners forms in the 2011 homeowners program differs is included; however, the chief focus of this course is the homeowners 3 special form (HO 3) since it is the most used form.
