This course presents the concept of ethics and law for licensed Texas insurance agents. It does so through a variety of topics that have been held by the Texas Department of Insurance to be consistent with "insurance ethics," and focuses not only on ethics as a philosophy, but on related issues and standards that affect the day-to-day business of insurance in this state.
