This course provides an overview of recent legislative and administrative changes that affect the business of insurance in Oklahoma. Oklahoma insurance producers and adjusters are required to take at least two hours of continuing education on the subject of legislative changes during each licensing cycle. Covering both L/H and P/C issues, this course has been approved for this purpose.

Upon conclusion of this course, students will be able to:

• describe the various changes to the Oklahoma Insurance Code and Oklahoma Administrative Code in 2023 as pertinent to producers, adjusters and insurers
• cite significant federal laws that impact the business of insurance in all states
