Oklahoma Contracts and Forms

Overview

Contracts are essential to the success of a real estate transaction, and agents must be able to prepare, identify, and explain how to properly use different contracts in residential sales, leasing, vacant land, and commercial property transactions. This course reviews key elements of the Oklahoma Uniform Contract of Sale of Real Estate Residential Sale form as well as pertinent updates to other existing forms and contracts. The course also reviews the disclosures, disclaimers, and exemptions associated with the Residential Property Condition Disclosure form and the seller's and licensee's responsibilities in providing property disclosures.
