Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Thanks in part to the #MeToo and Times Up movements, sexual harassment has come to the forefront of the nation's attention and workplace behavior has come under intense scrutiny. Whether you are an employer, employee, or independent contractor, you have a responsibility to take action to prevent sexual harassment.

This course takes an in-depth look at different acts that are-and are not-considered sexual harassment and what you should do if you're a victim of sexual harassment or witness it in the workplace. The course also explores the remedies that are available to victims of sexual harassment in Illinois and the protections afforded whistleblowers.

This course meets the IDFPR-mandated sexual harassment prevention training requirement for Illinois licensees.
