Overview

A managing broker in Indiana oversees a real estate agency and ensures affiliated agents comply with laws and act in clients’ best interests. This course meets the four-hour mandatory Broker Core requirement for supervising and managing real estate agents and firms. It covers office management, agent selection, risk management plans, policies and procedures, and updates on flood insurance and cybersecurity issues.
