Introduction to Life Insurance

Life insurance is a product that many people need. It is an invaluable tool for providing financial support for one’s spouse, children, and other beneficiaries, and it also helps one meet business-related financial needs. Life insurance provides peace of mind for many other important concerns as well—concerns that, perhaps, are not obvious considerations when one is considering purchasing life insurance, such as funeral expenses, final medical expenses, debt reduction or elimination, and taxes.

This course provides a comprehensive look at the many different types of life insurance coverages and their use and application to individual, family, and business needs. The course explores term life insurance, the many forms of permanent life insurance, and group life insurance as well.
