2024 Colorado Annual Commission Update

Overview

Each year, the Colorado Division of Real Estate develops the Colorado Annual Commission Update Course to provide important information about recent regulatory changes and practice issues that affect Colorado real estate licensees. This four-hour course meets the mandatory course requirement for Colorado broker continuing education. It provides an overview of regulatory and Commission changes that impact the real estate industry, including rule changes, law revisions, and form and contract updates.
