Georgia License Law

Overview

Georgia licensees must comply with the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s rules. This course reviews Georgia license law, including licensing requirements for brokers, salespersons, and community association managers, trust account procedures, responsibilities during license transfers, advertising requirements, agency relationships, and unfair trade practices. It satisfies the mandatory three-hour license law course requirement within Georgia’s 36 hours of continuing education for license renewal every four years.
