Understanding Implicit Bias, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Overview

We live in a rapidly changing world, and real estate licensees must ensure that their business practices serve the needs of a vibrant and diverse community. Importantly, licensees must understand how to recognize bias so they can foster business environments that promote fairness and nondiscrimination.

This course helps licensees learn how to recognize biases that can lead to unfair decision-making or actions that are not in the best interest of the client. The course also teaches licensees strategies they can use to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and in the broader world to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to acquire, sell, or invest in property.

This course meets the three-hour mandatory CE training required on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
