Title 31 Transaction Reporting for Operations Personnel

Overview

This course provides operations employees with an in-depth review of reporting requirements under Title 31 of the Code of Regulations relating to large currency transactions. The course covers currency transaction reporting requirements, Multiple Transaction Log tracking, and reporting and tracking related to negotiable instruments, credit accounts, deposit accounts, and customer identification requirements.
