Arizona Commissioner's Standards

Overview

This course takes a comprehensive look at the rules and regulations governing the practice of real estate in Arizona and is required for both renewing and first-time licensees. It covers a range of subjects that ensures licensees will be able to conduct their business in compliance with the guidelines established by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Topics covered include licensing, unlicensed activity and assistants, the supervision of licensees, compensation, employment agreements, trust accounts, property management, record keeping, signage, advertising, disclosure, and the duties of a licensee.
