2025 AREC Agency Representation and Compensation Course

Overview

The Arkansas real estate continuing education requirement provides real estate professionals the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the knowledge needed to stay current in the industry. This course follows the state's required curriculum covering agency representation and licensee compensation. The course explores the differences in buyer agency and seller listing agreements, licensee compensation and the importance of transparency, broker price opinions, and the zoning and local ordinances associated with properties licensees represent.
