Overview

Virginia principal and supervising brokers have important management responsibilities under Virginia law. In this course, you'll learn the steps brokers can take to minimize risk, the importance of disclosure, avoiding antitrust violations, and lawfully handling earnest money. Other topics include creating a vision and mission statement, team and brokerage advertising, recruiting sales associates, developing an office policy and procedures manual, and document management.

This course meets Virginia's six-hour broker management requirement AND two-hour broker supervision requirement for licensees.
