Overview

The Minnesota 7/1/25-6/30/26 core course reviews essential contract-related concepts, legal duties, and disclosure requirements that are critically important when conducting licensed activities . Specifically, it explores agency relationships and disclosure, how to navigate compensation in a post-NAR settlement world, the real estate purchase agreement and common addenda, and how to skillfully extricate yourself and your clients from a deal that falls through.

This course meets the 3.75 hour core CE and broker CE module requirement.
