Registered index-linked annuities (RILAs) are growing in popularity and regulators have taken notice. As a result, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has adopted new rules surrounding RILAs and FINRA has included them in their annual regulatory oversight report. This course will examine RILAs, the rules surrounding RILAs and regulators’ findings and best practices.
