Personal Safety

Overview

Real estate doesn't typically have a reputation as a dangerous industry, but the truth is that licensees regularly make themselves vulnerable simply by doing their jobs. This course examines risk factors that affect real estate professionals as they work with clients to buy and sell property as well as some of the warning signs that a situation might become dangerous. It also provides best practices they can use to defend themselves in case of attack or, hopefully, to reduce the risk of an attack happening in the first place.
