Overview

This course is approved by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission for the 6-hour CE Core course for the 2025-2026 renewal period. This course reviews recent law changes and current Kentucky rules and regulations that licensees must understand to lawfully perform their duties, including agency, fair housing, principal broker duties, current industry issues, license renewal, disclosures, contracts, property management agreements, and the complaint process.
