This course is designed to give Georgia brokers the latest insights on real estate operations related to the agent lifecycle and setting affiliated agents up for success. It discusses recruiting with intention, a robust onboarding process, training and preparing new agents for the realities of real estate, deepening agents’ training with coaching and mentoring, and how to retain agents by providing support; growth; and a positive, inclusive culture. It also discusses how creating and maintaining these systems will help brokers meet their supervisory responsibilities as outlined in Georgia real estate law.
