2026-2027 Current Issues in Washington Residential Real Estate

Overview

Every two years, the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) and Washington State Real Estate Commission (Commission) release a set Current Issues (CORE) curricula specifically designed to provide a three-hour legislative, legal, and business practices update for real estate professionals. This course meets the state’s three-hour core curriculum requirement and focuses on understanding recent changes to Washington law, the appropriate use of current transactional forms, and best practices in professional and interpersonal interactions.
