Overview

The baby boomer generation is aging! For funeral professionals, this means they will likely be helping more and more older customers with both at-need and pre-need planning. This course reviews common ethical duties that funeral professionals owe to customers in general as well as the special responsibilities when working with older clients. It describes the normal age-related changes that occur as people age and also presents strategies funeral professionals can use to ensure understanding and effective communication with older customers.
