Texas Legal Update II

Overview

In this mandatory four-hour course, licensees will learn about the importance of maintaining subject matter, geographic, and contract competency; agency relationships and the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form; and Texas advertising rules. The course also reviews the basics of representing veterans and military service members by utilizing the VA loan program and the Texas Veterans Land Board Program. Finally, licensees will learn about the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) complaint process, exploring common complaints and how to prevent problems before they arise.
