Virginia Mandatory Topics for Brokers and Salespersons

Overview

From explaining agency relationships and contractual duties to understanding state-specific laws and disclosures, licensees serve as trusted advisors, helping clients make informed decisions while minimizing legal and financial risk. This course covers the five mandatory topic areas that the VA Real Estate Board identifies as critically important for licensees to understand so they can best serve their clients.

This course meets Virginia’s mandatory CE requirements for salespersons and brokers in ethics (3 hrs); fair housing (2 hrs); agency (2 hrs); real estate contracts (2 hrs); and legal updates and emerging trends (2 hrs).
