Overview

This course meets meets the CTREC's requirements for the prescribed three hours of mandatory continuing education for licensees. It has also been designed to provide information that can help reduce your professional liability and prevent unintended penalties and lawsuits. It covers a variety of topics that affect real estate brokerages today, including CE and legal compliance, fiduciary duties, fair housing, advertising, wire fraud, wholesaling, and antitrust law.
