2026/2027 Mandatory Residential Course

Overview

This Utah Real Estate Commission-required course covers some of the core competencies of real estate brokerage, including agency relationships, fiduciary duties, and purchase contract basics. It also addresses lead-based paint disclosures, advertising, recordkeeping, unlicensed assistants, and fraud prevention. This course fulfills Utah’s three-hour mandatory residential core course requirement.
