2026 Colorado Annual Commission Update

Overview

Each year, the Colorado Division of Real Estate develops the Colorado Annual Commission Update Course to provide important information about recent regulatory changes and practice issues that affect Colorado real estate licensees. This year's 2026 ACU course provides an overview of four areas: compliance, general practice issues, legislation updates, and news and resources from the Division.
