Overview

Real estate transactions involve large sums of money, tight deadlines, and multiple parties exchanging financial information, typically through e-mail. From phishing scams targeting closing funds to data breaches exposing client information, the digital landscape presents risks that every licensee must understand.

This 3.75-hour mandatory course will equip licensees with the knowledge needed to protect themselves, their clients, and their transactions from these risks.
