Indiana Managing Broker

Overview

A managing broker in Indiana oversees a real estate agency and ensures affiliated agents comply with laws and act in clients’ best interests. This course meets the four-hour mandatory requirement for managing brokers outlined in the Indiana Administrative Code. It covers a variety of topics with which managing brokers should be familiar, including facilities, recruitment, regulatory compliance, agency relationships, escrow accounts, antitrust, fair housing, and more.
