Alabama Risk Management: From Signed to Sold

Overview

Every transaction carries risk for the buyer, seller, and the licensees who guide them through the process. From the moment an offer is accepted through closing and beyond, decisions are made, deadlines are tracked and documents are exchanged. Knowing where risks may arise and how to manage them is what separates a smooth transaction from a costly one. This three-hour mandatory course covers five key risk management areas for Alabama licensees: buyer and seller interviews and disclosures, offer acceptance, purchase agreement forms, issues that are likely to arise from accepted offer to closing, and licensees' post-closing responsibilities.
