Evolving Risk and Responsibility Core Course

Overview

This three-chapter course addresses topics that the Maine Real Estate Commission believes real estate professionals need to know to meet the evolving risk and responsibilities of a real estate practice head on and provide the quality of services real estate consumers need: Commission Rule changes in 2025, seller and buyer impersonation fraud, and the use of artificial intelligence. This course meets the mandatory three-hour core course requirement for licensees who renew or activate their licenses in 2027.
