Ethical Principles, Ethical Practices

Overview

The insurance industry expects agents to operate on an ethical basis. But what is ethical behavior? While agents are expected to perform under specific laws and expectations, often there is an educational gap. Agents are somewhat challenged to understand the tenets of ethical behavior because the focus inside the agency is on business. This course will look at how ethics play a part in the daily operations of agents and their agencies.
