Homeowners 2011 Policy: Key Endorsements - CLEQ

Overview

Standard homeowners policies are designed to meet the coverage needs of many insureds. But rarely does a policy address all exposures without modification, and sometimes, insurers have underwriting requirements that require modification. Endorsements are used to address these needs and may impact the policy’s coverage in significant ways. This course will address the most common endorsements needed to tailor coverage to your insured’s needs.
