Overview
Brokers, by virtue of their license, are held to a higher level of responsibility than other licensees. They assume many important duties for a brokerage, including supervising teams, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local laws and company policies. This course explores these important topics as well as how to adopt an ethical decision-making model when transacting real estate.
