OK Fair Housing


The Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in residential real estate transactions and aims to ensure that people who are renting, buying, or securing financing for housing are treated fairly. This course describes the groups that are protected under the Act, the mechanisms used to enforce the Act, and how real estate licensees can incorporate diversity in their real estate business planning.
