3P's of Professionalism: Principles, Practices & Pitfalls

Overview

The South Carolina Real Estate Commission created the course—3 P’s of Professionalism: Principles, Practices & Pitfalls—to improve licensees’ ability to serve clients and the general public. The course reviews licensing law issues, the basic principles governing offer and acceptance, and the essential elements of a contract.  It then explores the statute of frauds, agency relationships, and using the  Disclosure of Brokerage Relationships form.
