This one-hour course covers the requirements for employers to train their employees on what constitutes sexual harassment and discrimination and the consequences of engaging in such behavior.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

• define what is and is not considered sexual harassment
• identify conduct that could be regarded as harassing
• understand how a sexual harassment claim is processed
• understand the consequences of participating in sexual harassment
