This course will discuss working with the vulnerable adult customer including identifying and addressing unique challenges presented by working with seniors and other vulnerable adult customers. 

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

• describe the characteristics of a vulnerable adult
• understand the unique issues involved in working with vulnerable adults
• identify red flags when working with vulnerable adults
• understand best practices for working with vulnerable adults
