This eight-hour course includes:

  • 3 hours in ethics and standards of conduct
  • 2 hours in fair housing
  • 1 hour in legal updates and emerging trends
  • 1 hour in real estate agency
  • 1 hour in real estate contracts

The course also provides detailed information about flood hazard areas and the National Flood Insurance Program, types of listing contracts, the NAR Code of Ethics, and state and federal laws on fair housing, discrimination, and hoarding. While this course includes the Code of Ethics training REALTORS® must complete every three years, licensees must confirm with their local REALTOR® association for acceptance.
