The MCS-90 Endorsement

Overview

Current federal regulations require for-hire motor carriers that transport property or passengers and operate motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to maintain certain minimum levels of financial responsibility for public liability.

The MCS-90 endorsement is a form added to many truckers' and motor carriers' policies to ensure that the insured motor carrier is in compliance with these federally mandated requirements.

This course presents a detailed examination of this highly misunderstood and often litigated endorsement.
