2021 - 2022 Law and Ethics Update: Property and Casualty (220)


This course provides a comprehensive look at the duties of property/casualty and general lines insurance agents in Florida. It examines how the insurance industry is regulated in the state and explains the many new rules and regulations that property/casualty insurance agents must comply with when transacting insurance, including ethical responsibilities. Recent changes to state and federal laws that affect the insurance industry are also discussed, as are disciplinary trends and enforcement actions.
