Understanding the laws that relate to the property and casualty insurance is essential in constructing insurance programs that properly protect the risks clients face.   A solid grounding in these legal concepts and how they apply to key insurance policies assists the insurance professional in numerous ways, whether that person is an agent/broker, adjuster, or underwriter. This course provides a solid grounding in the legal complexities that impact designing insurance programs to properly protect clients.
